Preparation

Combine and mix cottage cheese, Ajvar vegetable relish and bread crumbs. Add Gauda cheese and ham and mix gently.

Separate pastry sheets and let defrost. Cut each sheet in half, arrange the mixture lengthways and along the edge of each rectangle sheet.

Roll to close, (start rolling from the filling side) leaving a clean strip at the end of the sheet. Spread the strip with egg white and close.

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Sprinkle flour on baking tray.

Cut pastry rolls, 2-3 cm thick slices and place on the tray, cut side down. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200°C.
