Preparation

Wash the asparagus, and separate the soft part of the stalk (which is the top part), and break in to smaller pieces.

Cook the onion in little hot oil. Then add asparagus, salt, pepper and cook until the asparagus softens.

Scramble the eggs, add Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder, and combine with the cooked ingredients.

4.
Stir through and continue cooking until it is ready.
(until the egg is cooked)
Serving
You can serve with fresh, crispy bread.
Tip
Adding some grated goat cheese will add a unique flavour to this recipe.
