Melt butter in a pan and fry onion and garlic.
Add beans, followed by cheese and stir until cheese melts.
Cool mixture and chop finely in food processor.
Sprinkle with salt, add Ajvar vegetable relish, water and mix well.
Serves well with Tacos or BBQ meals.
Add chopped, pickled vegetables (such as gherkins, paprika or peppers).
