Clean the beef fillet from any veins, rub with Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder and spread with Dijon mustard.
In hot oil, cook the beef, each side 3 minutes.
Combine parsley, rosemary, chives and thyme.
Place the cooked beef in an oven proof dish and sprinkle with the combined herbs, add garlic and cook in the preheated oven at 170° C for about 20-30 minutes.
Serve with vegetables cooked in butter.
Cleaned beef, covered in oil can keep in the fridge for a few days.
