Cheese and Avocado spread

Bored with usual dips and spreads? Want something different? Try this simple recipe and use it as a spread or a dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, peeled, cut in cubes
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 30 g pine nuts
  • 100 g cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder
  • pepper

Preparation

  1. 1.
    To the avocado, add one teaspoon of lemon juice.
  2. 2.
    In an electric blender, combine pine nuts, avocado and cottage cheese, then chop finely.
  3. 3.
    Add the remainder of lemon juice, Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder and pepper.
  4. 4.
    Mix well and chill the spread in the fridge.

Serving

You can serve with toasted bread.

Tip

To spice up the taste, add in some olive oil and diced chilli.
