To the avocado, add one teaspoon of lemon juice.
In an electric blender, combine pine nuts, avocado and cottage cheese, then chop finely.
Add the remainder of lemon juice, Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder and pepper.
Mix well and chill the spread in the fridge.
You can serve with toasted bread.
To spice up the taste, add in some olive oil and diced chilli.
