Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Bring water to boil, salt and cook the potatoes.

In a large bowl or saucepan, arrange chicken drumsticks seasoned with paprika and mix to combine.

Add onion and red capsicum, potatoes and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle 1 spoonful of Vegeta chicken stock and mix with a wooden spoon to combine.

Transfer to a roasting pan or casserole dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Top with chopped tomatoes and black olives, return to the oven and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes.
