Soup: Bring water to the boil and add carrot, kohlrabi, zucchini and 2 Vegeta Chicken stock cubes. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Omelette: Place egg, milk, flour, parsley, mint and curry powder in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Heat up olive oil in a pan and fry an omelette. Cut it into thin strips.
Serving
Pour soup into serving plates, add omelette strips and sprinkle with parsley.
Tip
You can replace the omelette with thin pancakes – crêpes, which you also cut into thin strips and add to the soup.
