Cook the chicken in 30 g of butter.
Sprinkle with Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder, Cajun pepper, garlic and stew continually adding small amounts of water, until the meat softens.
Let the meat cool and then chop into a mince in the food processor. Combine with the remainder of the butter and stir through.
Add in lemon juice, turmeric, ginger and parsley.
Serve the chicken spread on toast and accompanied with salad.
Chop the meat in the food processor while still warm.
