Chicken Sticks

This recipe makes a perfect quick and light dinner for an easy and super tasty snack or combined with a side dish.

Ingredients

  • 200 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 teaspoon Vegeta Delight vegetable stock powder
  • 1 kg chicken filet, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon Vegeta Chicken Seasoning
  • oil

Preparation

    Combine tomato sauce with curry and Vegeta Delight vegetable stock. Leave in the fridge for an hour.
  2. 2.
    Sprinkle Vegeta Chicken seasoning over the chicken strips.
  3. 3.
    Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken, until light golden in colour. Remove and let rest on a paper towel, to soak up the extra oil.

Serving

On a platter position a small bowl in the center, filled with the sauce. Arrange roasted bread, grissini and sautéed chicken sticks around the bowl.

Tip

The sauce, when covered, will keep in the fridge for several days.
