Preparation

Soften the butter at room temperature and mix with Vegeta Chicken Stock Powder, parsley, lemon juice and lemon rind. Let stand at room temperature.

Cook the vegetables in salted water and drain. Keep in warm place.

In hot oil, fry the chicken and just before they are cooked add about 1 teaspoon of prepared seasoned butter on each slice. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.

The left over butter can be used to season the cooked vegetables.
Serving
Cooked chicken can be sprinkled with almonds and served with cooked vegetables and salad.
Tip
In preparation of this meal chicken drumsticks and thighs can also be used. In this case cut the drumsticks length ways and remove the bones. The quickest and easiest way to cook them is on the BBQ or hot pan.
