Preparation

Salmon fillets should be cleaned – bones and skin removed. Make sure you end up with 4 fillets.

Rub the salmon and sole fillets with Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder and a little pepper.

Place the sole fillets over the salmon fillets, and make in to long rolls. Then steam them.

Cook the vegetables, in mildly salted water, drain and arrange on a serving plate.
Serving
Arrange the fish rolls over the vegetables, then add a few drops of olive oil and serve.
Tip
If you can not roll the fillets, you can simply arrange on top of the vegetables (sole fillet over salmon fillet).
