Preparation

Wash tomatoes and cucumbers, clean onions and cut all into slices.

Wash paprika and cut it into strips, dice feta cheese and cut olives in quarters.

Mix in a bowl all of the vegetables and season with a mixture of olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with oregano and Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder and stir well.
Serving
You may serve this salad as a light small meal or as a side dish with fish and grilled meat.
Tip
Put salad dressing over salad just before serving.
