Cut the potatoes into sticks and place in a large bowl.
In a separate dish, whisk the egg white with Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder and pepper. Pour the mixture over the potato chips, mix well and sprinkle with flour.
On high heat, in a deep pan, heat up the oil and cook until the chips turn golden in colour. Scoop from oil and place on an absorbent paper towel.
Serve with tomato sauce or as a side dish.
The same preparation method can be applied to other ways of potato recipes – whether using potato slices or cubes. It makes it crispy.
Sprinkling the chips with Vegeta, when ready, makes it even tastier.
