Meat and Cheese Patties

Minced meat dishes are always welcome in any cooking repertoire. Here is a different idea by using cottage cheese, Vegeta Beef Stock Powder and a few other special ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat (mixture of veal and pork)
  • 200 g cottage cheese, drained
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Vegeta Beef Stock Powder
  • 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
  • Oil

Preparation

  1. 1.
    Place minced meat in a bowl or a porcelain dish. Add Vegeta Beef Stock Powder, egg, garlic, parsley and cottage cheese. Mix well and let stand for about half an hour.

    From the prepared mixture, form meat patties, and then roll each patty in some bread crumbs.
  3. 3.
    Cook meat patties in hot oil. Each side will take roughly 7-8 minutes.

Serving

Serve with steamed vegetables.

Tip

Cottage cheese needs to be well drained before it is mixed with the meat.
