Preparation

Place minced meat in a bowl or a porcelain dish. Add Vegeta Beef Stock Powder, egg, garlic, parsley and cottage cheese. Mix well and let stand for about half an hour.

From the prepared mixture, form meat patties, and then roll each patty in some bread crumbs.

Cook meat patties in hot oil. Each side will take roughly 7-8 minutes.
Serving
Serve with steamed vegetables.
Tip
Cottage cheese needs to be well drained before it is mixed with the meat.
