  • Green beans in sauce
  • 500 g green beans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 500 g tomatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cube Vegeta Vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Veal steaks
  • 4 veal fillets (600g)
  • salt for seasoning
  • 2 tbsp oil

  1. Green beans in sauce:

  3. 2.
Cut beans in smaller pieces. Boil them in salted water for 15-20 minutes, drain them and put aside.
  4. 3.
Heat up olive oil and fry the onion. Add garlic, tomato, Vegeta Vegetable stock cube and braise for 10 minutes.
  5. 4.
Add the beans to the sauce, mix well, braise for few more minutes and at the end sprinkle with basil and parsley.
  6. Veal steaks:
  7. 1.
Tender veal steaks with a mallet and season with salt per your taste.
  8. 2.
Heat up oil in a pan and fry steaks 3 minutes each side.

Serve green beans warm with fried veal steaks.
