In the frying pan fry the onion and bacon in oil, and let this cook a few minutes only. Add oyster mushrooms, button mushrooms, pepper, bay leaf and let cook for about 10-15 minutes, covered, on low heat.
Add the potato, garlic, Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder and pour in hot water. Cook on low heat for around 15 minutes.
When the soup is nearly ready add cream and bay leaf, and bring to boil.
Hot soup can be served with crispy bread.
