Preparation

Fry the onion to a golden colour in preheated oil.

Add garlic, button mushrooms and Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder.

Cook untill all the liquid evaporates, and then let cool down.

To the prepared mushrooms add tomato sauce, sour cream, mayonnaise and parsley.

Season with pepper, stir well and add a pinch of salt.

Chill the spread in the refrigerator.
Serving
Serve with bread, cucumbers, onion, or hard boiled eggs.
Tip
You can also use the blender to chop the mushrooms.
