Preparation

Clean (tear off beards) and wash mussels.

Heat olive oil in a pan and add: pressed garlic, bread crumbs, parsley, wine, Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder and pepper.

Add mussels, cover and cook until they open. Discard any unopened mussels.
Serving
Serve with bread.
Tip
When buying mussels, make sure that you pay attention to their freshness. Mussels must be firmly closed. Mussels that are opened in their uncooked state are not fresh and are surely not recommended for consumption.
