In hot oil combine green beans with peas, and cook shortly.
Boil the rice.
In hot oil saute the turkey pieces, until they become gold in colour. Remove from the hot oil and cover to keep warm.
In the same oil cook the onion, garlic, paprika, celery and the tomatoes.
Add a little water, and bring to boil.
When boiled, add previously cooked turkey, mussels, shrimps, scampi, seafood mix, artichokes, peas and green beans.
Add white wine, Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder, saffron and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cook for about 15 minutes, without stirring, in a covered casserole on low heat. Then mix in boiled rice and parsley and cook further couple of minutes.
Serve Paella sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
This dish was named after a pot it is prepared in, which should be wide and shallow.
