Pork Cutlets With Apples

Aromatic and sweet pork cutlets have to thank for its delicious and specific aroma also to the special marinade from soy and honey and apples that give them the fresh and exotic taste.


  • 1 kg pork cutlets
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 300 ml hot water
  • 1 cube Vegeta Beef stock
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sherry
  • 3 green apples


  1. 1.
    Tender the pork cutlets with a mallet. Heat up the oil in a pan and fry the cutlets from both sides.
  2. 2.
    In a bowl mix Vegeta Beef stock cube in the hot water and add soy sauce and sherry. Mix well and pour the liquid over the cutlets.
  3. 3.
    Braise the cutlets until the sauce evaporates.
  4. 4.
    While the cutlets are cooking, cave out the seeds from the apples and cut them into thin slices. Fry the apples in a non-stick pan until soft.


Serve pork cutlets with apples and cooked rice.
