Preparation

Tender the pork cutlets with a mallet. Heat up the oil in a pan and fry the cutlets from both sides.

In a bowl mix Vegeta Beef stock cube in the hot water and add soy sauce and sherry. Mix well and pour the liquid over the cutlets.

Braise the cutlets until the sauce evaporates.

While the cutlets are cooking, cave out the seeds from the apples and cut them into thin slices. Fry the apples in a non-stick pan until soft.
Serving
Serve pork cutlets with apples and cooked rice.
