Using a wider pan, in hot oil cook the prawns – whole and turning so they cook evenly.
Add Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder, garlic, rosé and 50-100 ml water.
Cook the prawns on mild heat for 2-3 minutes and then sprinkle with parsley.
Serve as a hot entrée or a smaller main meal.
Just prior to completing the meal, stir in Worcestershire sauce.
