Using electric blender combine and mix cheese, Ajvar vegetable relish and butter.

Slice top of each profiterole, put aside and place a tablespoon of prepared filling into each profiterole.

Combine salt and cooking cream and whip until well combined. Spoon over the filling and close with previously cut tops of profiteroles.
Serving
On a serving plate arrange lettuce leaves and prepared profiteroles. This same recipe can also be used as spread on crusty, toasted bread.
Tip
Add finely chopped ham to recipe.
