Preparation

In a pan, combine water and coconut milk, add salt, stir and bring to boil.

Stir in rice and cook on mild heat for 15 minutes.

Sauce: heat up oil and fry onion. Add garlic, anchovies, soy sauce and Ajvar vegetable relish. Stir well and remove from heat.

In a pan, heat oil and fry the eggs.
Serving
Serve rice with prepared sauce and eggs.
