Preparation

Heat up the oil in a pan, and cook onion and garlic until onion softens.

Add in the tomato (canned), saffron, bay leaf, thyme, sugar, pureed tomato, water and finally Vegeta Chicken Stock Powder. Cook on mild heat for 20 minutes.

Then add in mussels and cook covered for another 5 minutes.

Finally, add in the fish and wine, and continue cooking until the fish softens.
Serving
This dish can be served with garlic bread.
