Cut the chicken breast in to thicker strips. Sprinkle with lemon juice, soya sauce and Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder. Let stand in this marinade for a few minutes.
Cover with flour, then dip into mixed eggs (seasoned with a little salt and pepper), and roll them in the sesame and bread crumb mixture – prepared earlier.
Deep fry in hot oil at medium temperature until golden.
Remove from oil and place them on an absorbent paper tissue.
You can serve sesame chicken hot or cold, with various sauces, for instance tartare.
Sesame seeds can be replaced with chopped almonds.
The exquisite taste is added to the chicken through the spices mixed in the marinade.
You may freeze this dish.
Freezing: Prepare the meal, up to the step 3. Place the chicken strips on a platter and freeze for around 2 hours. Then you can pack in plastic bags according to planned serving portions.
Thawing: The chicken strips should be thawed at room temperature for around 20 minutes. Then you can deep fry, and continue from step 3.
Frozen Chicken with sesame will keep in the freezer for up to 60 days.
