Pour Vegeta Gourmet Liquid Stock in a saucepan and bring to boil.
Add carrot (cut in rings), diced celery root, celery leaf and green beans. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Add curly cabbage, cut in strips, cauliflower, olive oil and continue cooking further 10 minutes.
Finally stir in corn flour, (previously mixed with 50 ml of water) and simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes.
Serve warm sprinkled with almond leaves or grated mozzarella.
In preparation you can also use peas or even asparagus or artichokes.
